Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can take full refund of amount charged if you request it before 3 days have passed since contracting the Service. Valid on 1 month subscription only, Not on trial subscription. Similarly, You can cancel the service anytime but refund will provide only cancellation done within 3 days. Let's come to the process.

Refund Process

1. Create new email and add subject as "Refund regarding iplogger.site order".
2. Mention the transaction id in email OR send email from that email id which you've used at payment time.
3. The email send before 3 days on vijay.malviya8@gmail.com.
4. Your Refund will be processed within 5 days and revert to same payment method.

Cancellation Process

1. Create new email and add subject as "Cancellation of iplogger.site order".
2. Mention the transaction id in email OR send email from that email id which you've used at payment time.
3. Send the email on vijay.malviya8@gmail.com.
4. Service cancellation will be done within 5 days. If any refund applicable on order then it will be processed within 5 days and revert to same payment method.
