iplogger.site offers a free functionality to the User to obtain data on his website traffic by embedding the code of IP-informer or IP-counter in the User’s website or collect data on the clicks to short URL that redirects to the content in the Internet via messengers or social medias. iplogger.site allows online tracking of User"s website traffic or clicks on User"s short URL, which requires a prior acknowledgement of this Terms and Conditions and iplogger Privacy Policy as well as full consent from the visitors of the User"s website or individuals with whom the User has intention to share the short URL generated with iplogger.site.
Do not place iplogger.site links anywhere that may contain adult material.
Do not shrink any website URLs that contains adult material.
Do not create "redirect loops" with other services.
Do not create spam with iplogger.site links anywhere, including forums / chat / comments / blogs.
Do not share or publish short URLs, IP-informers and IP-counters on your website, messengers or social network channels without making the recipient of the message or the visitors to your website or social media channel aware of the fact of using short URLs, IP-informers and IP-counters that may track personal data and make that data available to you and without their agreement and full consent for such an action.
Keep the information required to access statistics a secret and do not share it with anyone.
Do not collect any information associated with other person, including IP address, location of the device, information about device, operating system and browser, without their express, prior consent.
Do not use any of the services provided by iplogger.site or any information that can be obtained using any of the services provided by iplogger.site for any unlawful reason, illegal or illicit activity.
Do not use iplogger.site if you are less than 18 years old.
If anyone is found or reported breaking any of the rules above or below in the detailed Terms and Conditions, their account will be removed and access to the service can be blocked.
1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Service Description
iplogger.site provides the following services:
Mobile Phone Tracker - iplogger.site provides an online service that allows to determine the geographic location of a mobile device, provided that the owner/user of the device accepts the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and provides an explicit consent to share the information about his or her mobile device location. This service is a paid service, requiring a message in SMS format to be sent to the recipient's device. The message to be sent contains the link that directs the recipient to the web page with the links to the policies and with the map showing the location of the device. The browser of the device where the link is received would request the recipient to allow location sharing upon clicking on the link in the message to indicate that the recipient wishes to share his/her location. If the recipient expressly accepts the request, the geolocation of the recipient device at that time will be provided to the sender. In no case will the recipient's location go beyond the specific moment at which he/she has accepted the request.
The payment of the Service does not guarantee that the recipient can be located as it only provides the means to do so but, for example, it cannot be geolocated in the event that the recipient is missing, does not have the mobile device, is turned off or without coverage, does not accept the link received through the SMS message, doesn’t provide consent with Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, or does not allow sharing the location of the device with the sender of the link.
In the cases when the recipient’s consent is obtained by the sender by means other than via the link generated with iplogger.site, the sender may take full responsibility for ensuring that the recipient provides consent and is willing to share the location of his/her device. If the sender takes that responsibility he/she can disable the interstitial page with the consent collection.
IF YOU CLICKED ON iplogger.site LINK ACCIDENTALLY OR WITHOUT PROVIDING PRIOR CONSENT
If you click to short URL, or viewed a webpage with IP-informers or IP-counters generated by someone using iplogger.site without your prior acknowledgement and consent we recommend you to immediately remove the information that could potentially be recorded in our database regarding your click or view. Although none of your personal identifiable information can be collected with iplogger.site URLs, IP-informers and IP-loggers, this measure will help you to minimize the risk of making your personal information available to someone else. After generating a short URL, informer or counter you are provided with a special link and ID to access statistics. You have to keep that information a secret and not share it with anyone.
You understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for iplogger.site to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from iplogger.site, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the iplogger.site Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of iplogger.site membership and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new iplogger.site properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that iplogger.site assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

iplogger.site reserve the right to remove clicks" or visitor records and statistics for URLs associated with your account if the number of clicks" or visitor records exceeds the maximum number defined by iplogger.site in a period of time defined by iplogger.site.
5. Refund and return policy
You may ask for the full refund of the amount charged if you request it before 3 days have passed since contracting the Service.

6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold iplogger.site, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys" fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, URLs you shorten, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TRMS, your violation of iplogger.site Privacy Policy, your violation of any data protection law and regulation, or your violation of any rights of another.
7. No resale of Service

YOU MAY COLLECT OTHER PEOPLE LOCATION RELATED AND OTHER INFORMATION USING iplogger.site AT YOUR SOLE RISK WITH NO ANY LIABILITY FROM iplogger.site.
11. Limitation of Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT iplogger.site SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF iplogger.site HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
